The telescopic pile structure (1) for floating piers comprises an external tubular section (2) which can be fixed into the sea bed and an internal tubular section (5) which can slide so as to engage in said external tubular section (2) and can be attached to a floating pier (7). To prevent any jamming as the internal tubular section (5) slides between the pier and the pile, it has a cylindrical section (10) at its top end which connects to a frustoconical section (11) on the body of said internal tubular section (5) which has a smaller diameter than said cylindrical section (10).
