Digital pulsometer

The digital pulsometer is a portable meter of pulses, pauses and periods which is used in the maintenance of telephone equipment. A panel equipped with LED displays (18) indicates the state of the pulse or pause of the line under measurement. The instrument has a storage capacity for many pulse/pause pairs. Should the memory be full, the instrument does not switch off but continues to display incoming data but without storing it. IMAGE
