Protection clothing with gloves and shoes fastened to it, insulating as a whole all parts of a human body against the chemical, bacteriological and radioactive contamination effects, made of a flexible fabric absorbing all alpha radiations and most of beta radiations and impervious to chemical and bacteriological agents, sufficiently spacious to free the hands inside the clothing, characterized in that the air inside the clothing is regenerated by purification in close circuit by means of CO2 absorbing cartridges, the circulation of air being carried out, without use of a breathing mask, by an injector connected with an oxygen bottle using the expansion energy of oxygen, the absorbent cartridges and the bottle being housed inside the clothing.
