Rolling shutter for the airtight covering of wall openings by forming at least one static air layer comprising wall connections provided at both sides of the wall opening and adapted to be fixed at the wall, at least one roller shaft to be mounted above the wall opening for the windable assembly of a roller web provided at its lower end with a handle bar, clamping bars adapted to press the lateral longitudinal borders of the unwound web to the wall connections and supported displaceably on bearing pins fixed at the wall connections and by means of elongated holes extending obliquely to their longitudinal axes, and an actuating mechanism for the clamping bars to be operated for opening and closing the rolling shutter, characterized in that the actuating mechanism (22) at both sides of the wall opening (1) contains at least one respective lock bolt (23) displaceable transversely to the wall connections (9) and including a wedge surface (24) acting on the assigned clamping bar (14).
