A service-engineering structure and an urban-development structure

The steel/concrete skeleton of buildings of depth (T) is designed (along one corridor side (D), Fig. 3, or, in the case of two-corridor buildings, between two corridors (B and D)) so as to be fire-proof and one storey high, with service-engineering shafts (1), having a cross-section of about 1 - 3.6 m, in each axis pair (a) of the skeleton. The shafts each comprise two or three lateral air-supply shafts (1) and two air-evacuation shafts (3) which are washably coated on the inside and which do not contain any plate ducts, but only fire shutters. A fire-proofed shaft (2) for all the other lines is situated between the air shafts (1, 3). Fig. 3 shows a "structure chip" which is autonomous in terms of energy and which can be stored in databases. IMAGE
