During the service life of a diesel engine the injection nozzles must be re-adjusted to the initial injection pressure - 115-123 atmospheres - every 20,000 km. This would mean that the injection nozzles have to be opened more frequently, which is very laborious, and in addition the needle and the nozzle become dirty, which also leads to mis-adjustment of the injection nozzle. Opening and closing of the injection nozzle and the adjustment takes at least 30 minutes. With this invention the injection nozzle is not opened and its adjustment takes less than one minute.
