The invention relates to a method of manufacture of cement of fly ash, using a - product from the desulfurization of gas dried smoke consisting in treating the gas in a shock absorber with a suspension of calcium at the output of which the solid material dried will have, after sieving, a composition of 1 to 99 (and then 20 to 95), the fly ash and of 1 to 99 (and then 5 to 80) of the total weight of the products of the desulphurating compounds then of hydrates of calcium sulphate or sulphite. The present invention avoids the formation of deposits waste materials, detrimental to the environment and reduced the extraction of the deposits natural gypsum and lime.
