The thermodynamic circuit is traversed by a temp. reducing fluid in the liquid and vapour phases and has successively a group of compressors (10), a heat exchange condenser (13), linked to the hot source of the hot water circuit. The circuit also has regulating valve (14) and evaporator (15b) exchanging heat with the heat carrying fluid and linked to the solar exchanger (25). The circuit also has a heat exchanger (15a) for thermal extraction by latent heat of solidification above the reservoir (24). It is associated with the pump (32) that lifts the water from the reservoir onto the sprinkling ramp (31).
