This installation comprises means 6 for introduction of a liquid constituent inside the enclosure 3 at an adjustable predetermined temperature; means 8 for collecting and recycling the liquid constituent introduced; means 10 for forced circulation of gas in the enclosure 3, means 12, 14 for detection of the proportion of relative content of the liquid constituent 1 of the gas 2, means 16 for comparison of the measured value of the proportion of relative content with a reference value; and means 18, 22 and 20, 24 for modification of the temperature of the liquid constituent 1 introduced and/or of the gas 2 in forced circulation. The invention is preferably applicable to a liquid constituent constituted by water and a gas constituted by air in order then to adjust the proportion of relative humidity of the air. IMAGE
