Device making it possible to cut sealed sachets comprising a cutting element 1 securely fastened to an elongate rigid part 2 and serving to handle the latter. The cutting element 1 is fastened in the elongate rigid part 2, set back with respect to its lateral edge 3 and furthermore inside a recessed part 4 whose sides 5-6 diverge outwards from the cutting edge 1, the solid part of the surfaces of the rigid zone 2 placed behind the cutting edge having on either side of the latter a concave surface 7-8 enabling the said edge and the outer faces of the rigid part which holds the blade 1 to be gradually aligned.
