Portable reeducation apparatus allowing abdominal muscle development by reflex self-checking. This apparatus is fixed around the waist and transmits an audible signal when the abdomen of the user is relaxed. The signal ceases when the user pulls in his stomach. The apparatus is composed of a belt 2 connected to a casing 1 containing an elastic switch device 3 allowing operation of a noise transmitter 4 powered by a battery 5.
