Method for construction of a wall with internal ventilation, in particular made of clay-based bricks. In the foundation 1 a channel 3 is made which is open towards the top, and the wall is erected in two wall sections 5, 6 on each side of this channel 3, separating them by a gap 7, joining them with the aid of transverse stacks 8 incorporated via their outer parts to both wall sections 5, 6, and forming in the gap 7 in each row at least one open vertical joint 9 permitting the passage of air, in such a way that, by connecting the channel 3 to a circulating air source, it is possible to ventilate the internal volume of the wall and to accelerate the drying of bricks.
