Floating autonomous perpentually self-resetting device for selectively controlling population of muskrats and coypus. It comprises two main parts located under a tip-up rest board 1: - a laterally extendable centring guide 5 so that the subject of the invention may be adapted to capture both rodents; - a killing and ejecting punch 6 which resets itself automatically. The subject of the invention is incapable of killing a duck but may be used whenever muskrats and coypus proliferate. IMAGE
