Heating and air-conditioning method which may be applied to a residential building provided with a roof having two slopes or four slopes. It is made using conventional elements such as rubble 5, visible brick etc. for the lower part, and a timber or aluminium frame 6 for the upper part, in which a shatterproof glass pane 7 of 10 mm or 8 mm thickness is fitted. A glazing on three will be able to slide and will allow the greenhouse-type passage located on the periphery of the building to be ventilated. A shadow mask 2 starting from the edge of the roof 3 will prevent the glazing from being overheated when the sun passes at the zenith 4 during the hottest periods of summer. During winter periods, the thermal effect will be beneficial since the sun is lower in its path (curve). The method according to the invention is particularly intended to eliminate the heating and air-conditioning installations of current detached houses and settlements. IMAGE
