Vibration-reducing sleeper pad moulded in a compact elastomer for the suspension of a railway rail. It comprises, on one of its bearing faces 10, an assembly of cells 1 having equal dimensions and arranged in several aligned rows, the said cells having their opening in a lower horizontal plane of the sleeper pad.
