Method for preparing and preserving aqueous masses originating from abattoir by-products, from the treatment of leather and from the food industry and/or originating from dead domestic animals, as well as for the preparation of foods

The subject of the invention is the treatment and preservation of an aqueous mass containing 15 to 40% of solids obtained from abattoir by-products, from the leather industry, from the food product industry or from dead domestic animals, in order to obtain food products. If necessary, the proteins are sterilised and lactic acid and the other products are formed, durability being simultaneously ensured by means of fermentation of the suspension in situ. Direct application of the preserved suspension for feeding farm animals or its conversion into a product permitting feeding of farm animals and pets by means of preconcentration, mixing with other foods and, possibly, addition of fungicides.
