Improvement to the method for construction in the sea, using floating organisms, for the creation of artificial harbours, breakwaters, aquacultural reefs and other marine structures

Improvement to a method for construction in the sea, using floating organisms, particularly algae (seaweed), fixed on a connection network. The improvement consists in vertically tensioning the assembly of the algae (seaweed) and of the network using ballast means. The improvement enables the method to be used more widely in rough seas, and allows the construction of floating vegetal islands intended to drift on the circuits of ocean currents.
