PURPOSE:To detect exactly a force of only a vertical part, to improve coordinate detecting accuracy, and also to manufacture easily a titled device, by constituting a supporting device of a touch panel, of a spherical body and two arms for pinching its spherical body. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is constituted so that a spherical body 12 is pinched by metallic fittings 10 fixed to a face plate 1 of a force detecting type finger touch system coordinate input device (touch panel), and this spherical body 12 is pinched by two arms 18, 19 of a coupling body 17. Cone-shaped hollows 15, 16 are provided on the arms 18, 19 of this coupling body 17, and by pinching the spherical body 12 by these hollows 15, 16, the face plate 1 is held so as not to move in the horizontal direction. In this way, this device is constituted so that it can move moderately round the supporting point, even if the face plate 1 and a plate spring 3 are bent, a force of only the vertical part is detected exactly, the coordinate detecting accuracy is improved, and it is manufactured easily.
