PURPOSE:To control rate of intake of a specific substance in a living cell and rate of excretion of the substance from the cell, by radiating a laser beam having a specific wavelength to a biological system composed of living cell and a living environmental medium containing a specific substance required by the cell. CONSTITUTION:A tissue (living cell) 1 of skin or organ, etc., is administered with a specific substance (drug) required by the tissue by oral administration or injection.
