CAM SHAFT MECHANISM IN HIGH SPEED PRECISION AUTOMATIC LATHE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to operate the captioned mechanism without removing the plate cam inserted by a cam shaft by forming a cam shaped forming section and a cam shaft mounting and demounting section in a body and providing a cam assembly pattern with tapped holes for set screws. CONSTITUTION:A cam assembly pattern 1 is composed of a forming section 2, cam shaft detaching section 3, cam shaft receiving hole 4, and tapped holes 5, 6, 7, and 8 for set screws and, is formed in a body. The forming section 2 is combined with a triple cam 9 that is a basic plate cam so as to be capable of forming a desired plate cam. The plate cam can be attached and detached without removing the triple cam 9 by being mounted and demounted to and from the shaft section of the cam shaft receiving hole 10 of the triple cam 9 inserted by a cam shaft through a cam shaft mounting and demounting section 3.
