PURPOSE:To minimize the agitation with steam and reduce the consumption of the steam, by jetting low-pressure steam from steam jetting pipes at the bottom of divided boiling chambers provided in a boiling tank, and agitating ground soybean liquid (GO) with agitating blades. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for boiling ground soybean liquid (GO) having divided boiling chambers 3 divided with partition walls 2 partially provided with a downflow window (2a) in a boiling tank 1, feeding the GO through a preheating device 6 to the boiling chambers 3, boiling the GO with steam under a very low pressure (about 0.3kg/cm2) jetted from steam jetting pipes 4 while agitating the steam with agitating blades 5 to boil the GO in a static state by the steam heat, passing the GO after boiling through the downflow windows (2a) to the next boiling chamber 3, boiling the GO similarly in the static state, and feeding the GO to the succeeding boiling chambers 3.
