TAKING OUT DEVICE FOR RESIDUAL YARN BOBBIN IN ROVING CHANGING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of yarn breakage caused by cutting of a roving at a position near a roll part, by providing a cutting means for cutting the roving connecting from a residual yarn bobbin to a draft at a given position on a bobbin changing arm at an advancing position thereof. CONSTITUTION:A roving changing machine 13 is stopped at a roving changing and a cylinder 38 of a residual yarn bobbin carrying device 14 is operated to tilt linking mechanisms 26 and 27 to the side of a spinning machine frame through a rotating lever 37. Supporting members 30 and 31 advance to position just under residual yarn bobbins (U) and a solenoid 52 is operated to open a holding part. A roving (R) connecting from the residual yarn bobbin (U) to a draft part 7 is held between holding members and flange part of a bracket in the course of the advance of the supporting member 30 and simultaneously pulled downward by rotating action of two sets of rolls. Thereby the roving (R) is always cut at the given position.
