PURPOSE:To select an optimum degree appropriate for the eyes of a user while practically using the glasses by superposing plural thin sheet-like convex lenses molded by resin or the like and having 0.3-2.5mm center thickness so that the degree can be optionally changed in accordance with the combination of the lenses. CONSTITUTION:Lens fitting grooves 2 are formed on the right and left sides of the upper surface of a frame 1. Three thin sheet-like convex lenses 3a-3c molded by resin or the like and having respectively different degrees are superposed as one group and the center thickness of the lens is 0.3-2.5mm. The user can select the degree appropriate for himself out of seven kinds of combining the three convex lenses 3a-3c having respectively different degrees and unnecessary lenses can be pulled up from the grooves 2 or bent to remove them and to use only the selected lenses. In addition, the center of the convex lens 3 can be made to coincide with a user's pupil distance by setting up a pin 4 on an optional position in a long hole 5 with a screw.
