PURPOSE:To select accurately the number of dispatachable troops staying at a base nearest a stricken area without producing previously a planning list, by giging input of a dispatching spot and the type and scale of the troops. CONSTITUTION:A dispatching spot file memory is retrieved from the dispatching spot information and the order of distances to a stricken area is decided among the bases of troops. Then a dispatching organization file memory corresponding to the dispatching type is retrieved for the stricken area. The dispatching organization file memory prescribes the number of troops needed for each job and each dispatching scale. Then the desired number of troops is decided in response to the input dispatching scale. Then a troop file memory of each base is retrieved in the order of shorter distances to the stricken area. Thus the dispatchable troops can be selected with reference t the dispatching enable/ unable situations.
