CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR MULTISPINDLE SOIL CEMENT COLUMN LINE

PURPOSE:To insert cores into bored slots of high precision, by a method wherein slots are bored through an advancing unit column line, and wherein guide pieces are fitted at the lower sections of cores with guides to be inserted into the slots, and wherein multispindle auger rods are guided with the guides to bore slots through a following unit column line. CONSTITUTION:Column slots 20 are bored through an advancing unit I column line with multispindle auger rods 2, and cement milk is injected into the respective column slots 20 and is agitated, and after that, the auger rods 2 are taken out. After that, at the lower sections of cores 21 with guides 24, guide pieces 25 guided on the inner surface of the respective column slots 20 are fitted, and the respective cores 21 are inserted into the slots. Then, the multispindle auger rods 2 are guided with the guides 24, and slots are bored through a following unit II column line, and the cores 21 with fitted guide pieces 25 are inserted into the slots. As the result, excavating precision is obtained, and lapping shortage is not found, and water-stopping capacity is improved, and additional concrete is not required, and the construction can be smoothly carried out.
