PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a wind mill by providing a wind hold induction plate along the outer circumference of revolution of a former wind hold rotary vane with in a range of an angle smaller than 90 deg. when the rotary vane is in a neutral position. CONSTITUTION:A rotary vane E is in a neutral position where the vane is rotated by an angle of R, for example 60 deg., from the position for a former vane, and a reference line, in place of a former line a-a', is a line b-b' which connects a center O and a point H on the outer circumference of the rotary vane revolution where the point H is located in a slip stream to the direction of air flow, to which direction the rotary vane E is neutral. And a wind hold rear induction plate E is set up on a circular arc opposite a central angle of theta along the outer circumference of the vane revolution with respect to the reference line b-b'. With this, an excessive wind hold, that is, an over-hole phenomenon can be avoided, besides, in this case of the rotary vane position, as an air flow having the width of D flows into the rotary vane which is in a neutral position because of the less quantity of wind hold, not only a wind hold effect is improved, but also the relatively smooth revolution of the vane can be effected.
