CONTAINER COVER CARRYING FACILITY HAVING FRONT/REAR SELECTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To improve a carrying performance by constructing such that a container cover is magnetically adsorbed and carried through a main carrying belt to a front/rear selecting zone then the ceiling face of a cover adsorbed with the skirt free end of the cover is magnetically adsorbed to a sub-endless belt and removed. CONSTITUTION:A cover 60 thrown through a container cover feeding section 88 is fed while being adsorbed magnetically to a main endless carrying belt 34. Here, the cover 60 having a ceiling face at a main endless belt 34 side and the cover 60 having the free end of skirt wall at the belt 34 side are mixingly arranged. In a front/rear selecting zone 52, it is also subjected to the magnetic function of a permanent magnet 84 at a sub-endless belt 70 side. Consequently, such covers 60 as the skirt end is at main belt 34 side while the ceiling face is at the sub-belt 70 side are adsorbed to the sub-belt 70 side and removed from the main belt 34 then passed to a separating means 96 in a separating zone. With such arrangement, jamming and damage of the cover can be prevented resulting in smooth carrying.
