WATERPROOFING BY USING MIXED SOLUTION OBTAINED BY ADDING ELASTOMERIC RUBBER POWDER TO UNCROSSLINKED SILICONE RUBBER SOLUTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To economically conduct waterproofing, by adding a filler such as silicone rubber powder which is an industrial waste and a stone powder to a soln. of an uncrosslinked silicone rubber or other synthetic rubber. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. single soln. or a mixed soln. of an uncrosslinked silicone rubber or other synthetic rubber is incorporated with 20-500pts.wt. rubber powder obtained by pulverizing a waste silicon rubber which is formed in a large amount in the production of semiconductor electrical apparatus parts or other synthetic rubber (e.g.: styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber) and 100pts. wt. or less filler such as tone powder to obtain a mixed soln. The mixed soln. is applied on an iron plate, a concrete wall, etc., to conduct waterproofing. Since a large amount of crosslinked silicone rubber powder is contained therein, not only the thickness of the waterproofing layer can be ensured, but also a pattern can easily be formed.
