RELEASING AND TAKING OUT METHOD FOR FORMED TIRE AND BLADDER IN TIRE VULCANIZING PRESS AND TIRE VULCANIZING PRESS EQUIPPED WITH RELEASING AND TAKING OUT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To take out a formed tire with rapidity and accuracy, by making a bladder stretch or go up, twisting the formed tire to improve its mold-releasing performance, and twisting the bladder further to reduce its diameter. CONSTITUTION:A center mechanism as a whole is lifted by operating a lifting device 39 after a mold is opened subsequently to completion of vulcanizing and forming operation, a cylinder 36 which is a driving body 34 for twisting is stretched, a twisting tube 20 is turned in the direction of X through a rack motion-transferring body 37, a pinion gear 38 and a gear 20A, and by a top ring 27 provided through a connecting rod 26A of a sliding bush, a bladder 14 is twisted in the direction of X to release a formed tire T1 which is held by a take-out member 43. And then, after the bladder 14 is streteched by turning a driving body 30 reversely and lifting the ring 27 reversely, the driving body 34 is allowed to stretch to twist the bladder 14 in the direction of X so that diameter of the bladder 14 becomes reduced, and then, the formed tire T1 is pulled out from the bladder 14 through the take-out member 43.
