COAL DUST EXPLOSION PREVENTING DEVICE IN INDOOR COAL STORING FACILITY

PURPOSE:To prevent explosion of coal dust, by a method wherein a self-running track, on which a gas component automatic measuring device is loaded, is run in an indoor coal yard wherein an exhaust port and a forced exhaust blower with a dust remover, connected to the exhaust port, are disposed in each place. CONSTITUTION:A forced exhaust blower 3 with a dust remover is connected to an exhaust port 2 formed in each place. In which case, a track 7 is a battery type running track which is run on induction rails 8 through the working of a wireless system, and a gas component automatic measuring device is loaded thereon. The measuring device automatically measures powder dust concentration, CH4 concentration, and CO concentration in air, and outputs a measuring signal to a control device. The control device compares the signal with a previously determined management value for computation. This causes actuation of the given forced exhaust blower 3, and enables prevention of explosion of coal dust in a coal yard.
