PURPOSE:To adjust the test of the titled control of parallel operation by connecting a predetermined impedance element between an output terminal for an inverter pole having phase representing the internally generated voltage of an inverter and a commercial power supply. CONSTITUTION:When the corresponding current value of a reactor 121 is 1A to the rated current of an inverter 1, the impedance 2 of the reactor 121 is set so that the current of the reactor 121 reaches 1A when the inverter 1 is brought to the state of the operation of a rated output. The impedance of the synthetic impedance of a transformer 120 and the reactor 121 is approximated to the synthetic impedance of an output transformer 101 and a reactor 102 for a filter. A capacitor 126, an impedance ratio thereof is reduced in response to a capacitor 103 for a filter, is mounted. A signal imitating output currents from the inverter 1 is obtained by closing a switch 122 under the state in which an output switch 104 is opened.
