PURPOSE:A hard capsule agent applicable to drugs in which blending is forbidden or drugs in which nuclei of multi-layer tablets are difficult to produce, by packing one of drug components to be separately blended into the hard capsule and blending the other with a coated layer of the capsule. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a hard capsule packed with a first drug component is provided with a first film coated layer which contains no drug component and can be selectively dissolved in a digestive solution. The layer is covered with a second coated layer which is blended with a second drug component and can be selectively dissolved in the digestive solution. Separate addition of drug in the same preparation can be carried out by selecting a coated layer in a case such as drugs in which blending is forbidden, separation of disintegration of digestive tube, sustained release of drug, etc. This dosage form is useful especially in a case where production of tablets and granule as a nucleus is difficult and neither multi-layer tablet nor multi-layer granule can be produced.
