Method and device of grinding or rasping to pulp tubers, roots, fruit, seeds and similar agricultural produce in environments free of oxygen or of poor oxygen content. The device comprise a grinding or rasping equipment a feeding device and a delivery device for the ground pulp. The grinding or rasping equipment is provided with a gas-tight housing, through the walls of which are passed the conduits of feeding and delivery devices. The feeding device is provided with an oxygen-barring sluice.
