After melting in an electric oven the sample is cast into copper moulds under controlled conditions with the aid of a solidifying additive and (%): 0.02-0.06 Zn, 0.05-0.2 B and 0.02-0.6 Te. Cooled sample is heated to 400-600 deg.C for 1-1.5 hours.
