Composite structures comprising polypropylene, a polar substrate and an adhesive blend securing them together are made with a blend which is essentially free of polypropylene and which comprises a polyethylene backbone polymer grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or acid anhydride, an elastomer, and a polyolefin resin.
