Installation for determining information on the trajectory of a supersonic missile travelling in a pre-determined plane, has transducers and means for computing the information on the trajectory from the signals generated by the transducers. The installation has =3 spaced transducers by which a source signal is generated to depend on an air shock wave produced by the missile and impinging on the transducer. There is a device for measuring delays between the source signals generated by each transducer, and also a device for computing the position of the missile, from these delays. Each transducer is mounted on a rigid base an acoustically insulating closed-cell polyethylene foam being interposed between transducer and base.
