Target appts. for boxing training

Appts. for training in boxing and other martial arts has a target for striking with the fists, feet, elbows or knees and which is connected to a support by a dismountable connection of adjustable length at one end of a spring element with its other end connected to the support. The target is pref. cylindrical and of dense polyurethane foam with a cover. The connection pref. comprises a reinforcing tube with one end in the target and the other telescoping with a sliding extension tube with its outer end connected to the spring. The reinforcing tube outer end pref. has a flamping collar for holding the target at a desired height w.r.t. the sliding tube. The sliding tube end is pref. rotatably mounted within a collar forming a bearing at the spring end.
