Procedure for the treatment of a Metal Oxide Powder that presents several Valence States. The oxidation of Powder Metal Oxides form a layer of hydrated oxide of the Metal on the surface of the particles of the powder. These oxides are applicable to the manufacture of Nuclear Fuel pellets.
