Method for Detection of Human carcinoma cells.Consists in contacting the cells with a monoclonal antibody that binds to a particular Antigen found on the surface or in the Cytoplasm of cells without Binding to normal human cells; and detecting the immune Complex formed between Antibody monoclon And the cells.The cells that are complexed with the monoclonal antibody of Human carcinoma cells and the monoclonal antibody is characterized by having a Molecular Weight of approximately 438000 Dalton.
