Method of preparing New Derivatives of thieno (2,3-d) imidazole.Involves reacting a compound of formula (ii) with a compound of formula (iii) with a low Boiling Point alcohol, such as Methanol, to obtain New Derivatives of thieno (2,3-d) imidazole and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts of formula (i), wherein R1 is H, alkyl, Lower Chlorine, Bromine, or acetyl ciclopropilcarbonilo Ethoxycarbonyl is H or lower alkyl; R2, R3,R5 and R6 independently, are H or lower alkyl; R4 is H or lower alkoxy; and N is 0 OR 1.
