Abstract of the DisclosureA process for preparing polyblend compositionshaving excellent physical properties is taught. Alsodisclosed are blends of a major proportion of mass-madeABS-type resins with a minor proportion of a graftedrubber concentrate ("GRC"), which GRC is a graftpolymerized product of an acrylate polymer polymerizedonto a rubber substrate.
