ABSTRACTAn improved passive telluric current system forgeophysical prospecting having a sensor responsive tothe electric field component of the telluric currentfor producing a capacitive charge, a tuner fordeconvoluting the sensed electric field telluricsignal, and a cross-over circuit for generating astereo audio output containing the telluric informationinto a low band audio signal and into a high band audiosignal in order to enhance the frequency transitionscontained in the telluric signal in the ears of theoperator.
