ABSTRACT:A viewing screen is described, in particularthe screen of a display tube, which has excellent anti-reflective properties and a method of making this screenanti-reflective. Firstly the outer surface of thescreen is mechanically roughened in conformity withspecific requirement sand subsequently an anti-reflectivecoating of constant thickness is applied to the roughenedsurface.
