@ An evaluation system for a residual life of a turbine through a non-destructive procedure; in which a residual life of a turbine rotor is evaluated in a non-destructive manner by carrying out pretreatment such as polishing on an inner surface of a center bore of the turbine rotor, subsequently performing hardness measurement and creep cavity observation by taking a replica at the portion where the pretreatment was carried out, and comparing the measured and observed data with preliminarily prepared reference data.
