A net (13, 45) extends below the float (15, 40), and means (22, 44) are provided for supporting the net from the elongated member.;The boom (32, 82) and the elongated member (10, 43) are connected to each other by means of a universal joint. The elongated member (10, 43) can move vertically in this universal joint and can be locked by means of a brake system (62). A rotary actuator system (80) can give a rotary motion to the elongated member (10, 43).
