(57) Human-human hybrid cell lines that synthesize and secrete monoclonal antibodies against antigenic determinants on cancer cells, generated by fusing a human lymphoblastoid B cell line to human lymphocytes, and therapeutic and diagnostic uses of the monoclonal antibodies in both cancer treatment and research is disclosed.
