Process for the production of thallophytic or bryophytic cytorrhysates, so produced chemicytorrhysates and their use as additional foodstuffs

The process entails suitable intact cells undergoing chemicytorrhytic treatment in such a way that they are initially mixed at 0 DEG to 40 DEG C with a water-soluble alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt with liquefaction and then heated to a temperature above 40 DEG C but below the pasteurisation temperature and finally cooled. These chemicytorrhysate biomasses are suitable as nutrient supplementation for animal feed and drinking water, as plant growth promoter, as cosmetic ingredient for activating skin metabolism and as aphrodisiac for increasing potency.
