摘要
The discharge sluice is designed only for the flow-off of spent or excess washing liquor or of rinsing water in continuous-flow washing machines. A sluice wall (21, 22, 23) consisting of a non-perforated outer ring (A) and of a perforated central region (B) is set up in front of the respective partition wall (9, 10, 11) ahead of the end of the counterflow. The level height (C, D, E) is determined, in these chambers (K2, K4, K8), by the width of the ring (A), since the liquid can escape only in the perforated region (B). The distance between the sluice wall (21, 22, 23) and the partition wall (9, 10, 11) is of the order of 2-3 cm. The wall of the drum (1) is perforated at three points (30), in order to discharge the liquid outwards. It is therefore impossible to set a false level. For the individual washing operations, the level is set permanently by the manufacturer and can be selected in an optimum manner in conjunction with the control. IMAGE
