摘要
Profiled heat-insulating panels comprise insulating materials such as conventionally produced foamed plastics or mineral-fibre insulating materials (1). If mineral-fibre insulating materials are used, they should be rendered water-repellent. Their thickness is governed by the local conditions and requirements. Profiled heat-insulating panels have channels (2) which are milled in vertically and close to one another, with the result that adjacent, relatively low-lying so-called venting ducts are obtained. In addition, so-called oblique ducts (9), which run obliquely upwards and connect the vertical ducts to one another, are milled in. These favour the vertically rising airstreams. Moreover, a horizontally running transverse duct (10) is milled in in the region where the individual panels begin. For the case where the vertical ventilating ducts of the profiled heat-insulating panels laid in layers are not laid precisely one above the other, the cross-section of the ventilation is not constricted, with the result that the airstreams remain unobstructed. The surfaces of the insulating panels prepared in this way are completely covered over by means of a non-woven fabric (3), with the result that the different ventilating ducts, oblique air ducts and transverse air ducts therebeneath form permanent cavities. In this arrangement, it must be ensured that the non-woven overlaps (5) slightly on two sides in order to cover the edge pieces of the adjoining profiled heat-insulating panels. The non-woven fabric has to be resistant to moisture and alkali, firm in order to receive a ... Original abstract incomplete. IMAGE
