Sports and training device for strengthening the jumping power of the foot during the jumping phase

A sports and training device for strengthening the jumping power of the foot or leg as a result of the releasing, during the jumping phase or the pushing-off of the ball of the foot from the ground, of a spring force which spring force has been pre-stressed via the movement of the foot. It has an (over)-shoe-like, intrinsically rigid rocker for the stable absorption of the shod or unshod foot, which is releasably connected to the foot and whose pivot axis is oriented equiaxially with the ankle joint of the foot, and on whose rear end, towards the heel, the prestress force of one or more tension springs engages; cf.
